Terms and Conditions

SHIPPING POLICIES - All orders will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday. This is so you will receive your order before a weekend, we do not want your candles sitting in a warehouse. All orders will be shipped using UPS and you will be provided a tracking number. The rates will be provided by the UPS rates system. There are no other charges added to the shipping totals. For a limited time there is free ground shipping to the continental United States for orders over $50.00.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS: Returns will be accepted only if the candle is in the exact condition that it was sent and it is within 10 days of receipt. Refunds will then be provided for returned items.
